A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300 must be paid either through SBI Collect (PSU → Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (Tamil Nadu) → AVNL CO → Recruitment Fees) or by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited, payable at Chennai. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwD, Ex-Servicemen, EWS categories, and female candidates are exempt from payment.
For the post of Senior Manager (Medical), applications will be screened by a committee, and shortlisted candidates will be required to make a presentation before the selection committee outlining their achievements and vision statement. Evaluation will be based on prior work experience, technical expertise, leadership potential, team development, and performance alignment, carrying 85% weightage, with the interview accounting for 15%.
For the posts of Pharmacist and Nursing Assistant, applications will be screened, and selection will be based on a written test carrying 85% weightage (General Knowledge 40% and domain knowledge 45%), followed by an interview carrying 15% weightage. The company reserves the right to apply higher selection criteria depending on the number of applicants and organizational requirements.
