Selection Process
The selection process is merit-based, consisting of a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification. The CBT is a 3-hour exam worth 100 marks, covering core technical subjects and general aptitude. There is no interview stage. Marks are normalized across shifts to ensure fairness. A 1:1 merit list is prepared based on normalized scores, and candidates are then called for the verification of original certificates to confirm eligibility and local candidature status.
Exam Pattern
The CBT consists of 100 marks: 70 marks for Core Technical subjects, 5 marks for General Intelligence & Reasoning, 7 marks for General Awareness, 5 marks for English, 8 marks for Quantitative Aptitude, and 5 marks for Computer Knowledge. There is no negative marking.
