Selection Process
The selection process is a multi-stage procedure starting with a Computer Based Test (CBT). The CBT evaluates candidates through 100 MCQs covering general aptitude and domain-specific knowledge. Candidates qualifying the CBT may be required to undergo a skill test for specific roles, which is qualifying in nature. Final selection is based on merit, followed by a choice-filling process for institute preference, document verification, and final appointment by the respective participating institute.
Exam Pattern
The CBT is a 90-minute examination consisting of 100 MCQs worth 400 marks. It is divided into five sections, each containing 20 questions. There is a negative marking of 1/4th mark for every incorrect answer. The test includes 20 questions on General Knowledge, Aptitude, and Computer skills, while the remaining 80 questions are domain-specific.
