Selection Process

The selection process consists of a Computer Based Test (CBT) for all candidates. Following the CBT, shortlisted candidates will undergo application verification and subsequent tests. For Manager posts (Post Codes 1–11), an interview is mandatory. Manager (Fire Services) candidates must also pass a physical measurement test, driving test, and physical endurance test. Final merit is determined by CBT and interview scores.

The Computer Based Test is an objective-type examination conducted in a bilingual format (Hindi and English). There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The test evaluates candidates based on their technical knowledge and domain-specific expertise relevant to the applied post.
