Overview
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) is inviting applications from retired Short Service Commission Officers (SSCOs) to serve as Consultants on a contract basis. This initiative aims to bolster Air Traffic Services (ATS) at various Joint User Defence Airfields across the country. Selected professionals will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards at these strategic locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of Air Traffic Control (ATC) and Surface Movement Control (SMC) units.
- Support the ATS In-Charge in managing watch extensions and other essential air traffic activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines at the assigned airfield.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain seamless air traffic flow.
- Provide expert guidance and support for ATC-related tasks as required by the management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to daily operational duties.
