BDL Management Trainee (General) Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant discipline (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) from a recognized University or Institution. Candidates appearing for their final year/semester exams are generally not eligible unless they have completed the degree by the cutoff date.
The upper age limit for the Management Trainee post is 27 years as of the crucial date mentioned in the official notification.
- Computer Based Test (CBT) covering technical and aptitude sections.
- Interview for candidates shortlisted based on CBT merit.
- Document Verification.
- Pre-employment Medical Examination.
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India directives
